Leigh Radziwon sent us the following photos and letter…
Dearest Troma!
It’s Leigh Radziwon… again. I received the script for Poultrygeist in the mail last week (most impressive, by the way!) and came up with a couple ideas for you. I’ve enclosed some picturesw of the zombie hand I designed, for the scene where the hand comes out of the ground and the finger gets ripped off in Arbie’s ass, during the graveyard scene. The beauty of my design is that it is makeup on an actual persons arm, with a prosthetic finger attached, in order for it to be dismembered. This way, the hand will look “alive” when it comes out of the ground, with no need for a prosthetic stunt double for the dismembering effect. Alas, it cost me absolutely nothing to make. I made the makeup, and the prosthetic finger is a cut-up rubber glove stuffed with tissues and attached to the actor’s knuckle.
I took sequence pictures (see below, click pics for larger view) to show the action of the finger getting ripped off.
This is my fourth design for Poultrygeist, and I will soon be sending more pictures, of the Jewish Chicken Monster in the script, as soon as I complete my design.
Thanks!
I love you Troma!
Leigh
