The NY Post rubbed salt in our wounds with a half-page feature decrying the world’s lack of love for Poultrygeist (and Troma). In the words of world-renowned journalist, Lou Lumenick, “Poultrygeist was rejected by the Tribeca Film Festival… the fest’s then-programming director, Peter Scarlett, added insult to injury by boasting to the audience at this year’s awards ceremony that ‘we protect you from bad movies.’”
