Or perhaps the day after Valentine’s Day…

TROMA’S NEW FILM “POULTRYGEIST, Night of the Chicken Dead” PREMIRE + FAGGOT , the best band in Minneapolis, PERFORM LIVE IN THE THEATER FOLLOWING THE FILM
FRIDAY FEBRUARY 15th @
St Anthony Main Theater, 115 Main Street SE, Minneapolis MN 55414
10PM

Minnesota Premier of TROMA’s “POULTRYGEIST, Night of the Chicken Dead.” Presented in person by director and Troma President/ co-founder Lloyd Kaufman! Followed by a spectacular live performance by the best band in Minneapolis, FAGGOT!

When the American Chicken Bunker, a military-themed fried-chicken chain, builds a restaurant on the site of an ancient Indian burial ground, local protesters aren’t the only ones crying fowl! The previous tenants, fueled by a supernatural force, take possession of the food and those who eat it, and the survivors discover that they must band together before they themselves become the other white meat!

Film lovers have been starved for sustenance. The relentless diet of predictability and pretense Hollywood has been serving up just doesn’t cut it. Poultrygeist is hearty food for thought. In Poultrygeist, Troma takes on the fast-food industry-skewering the soulless restaurateurs-in the world’s first horror-comedy film to feature zombie chickens, American Indians and a bit of singing and dancing!

Immediately following the film will be a special “in theater” live performance by the best band in Minneapolis, FAGGOT! FAGGOT has been on recent hiatus working on their new record to be released on legendary local extreme punk label PROFANE EXISTENCE, due in stores later this year.

FAGGOT expects to be especially explosive for this grand and gala occasion, and has lined up a cornucopia of surprises and an outrageous cavalcade of guest stars including many local television celebrities and Major RT Rybak.

After the Poultrygeist screening and live performance by FAGGOT at the St. Anthony Main Theater, make sure to join the Troma Team, Mike Etoll, and Christy Hunt for the deep-fried after-party with music, movies, special guests, and more gallus domesticus inspired strangeness at:
